ABOUT CHRIS

Founder, Leadership Movement

Most leaders think they’re leading. In reality, they’re managing tasks, reacting to problems, and avoiding the conversations that actually drive performance. I work with leaders who are ready to do it differently.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years leading teams, building organizations, and driving real business outcomes, from scaling multi-million dollar operations to leading 100+ person teams and managing 100+ million dollar budgets. But leadership isn’t built in frameworks. It’s built in real moments.

That’s where I’m different.

Most leadership coaches teach theory and academics. I don’t.
I work with leaders in real time, helping them navigate the actual situations they’re facing, performance issues, conflict, accountability, and change. It’s theory applied. No scripts. No fluff. Just what works.

My approach is grounded in one core belief:
Leadership starts with self-leadership.

When you understand how you think, react, and show up, you lead others better. You build trust. You create clarity. You drive performance. That’s the standard I help leaders build.

When you work with me, you will:

  • Build teams that perform, not just participate

  • Have the conversations most leaders avoid

  • Lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency

  • Become more than a manager, you become a true leader

Everything I do is grounded in compassion, authenticity, trust, growth, and boldness. I work with leaders who want real performance, not just perception management. Because real leadership isn’t about appearing in control. It’s about knowing how to lead when things aren’t.

If you want to hear more about my style check out The Leadership Gambit Podcast, where I share practical insights on leadership, communication, and personal growth. My mission is to empower individuals to lead with clarity, integrity, and impact, and lead the people, manage the work.

“Confidence isn’t something you’re given. It’s built through action, earned through experience, and strengthened every time you choose to show up.”
